Executive Assistant

We are looking for someone who can perform a variety of executive administrative tasks and support our Firm’s leadership. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance – must be a true Executive Assistant as described here. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support.


  • Act as the point of contact among team members, clients and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage calendars and set up meetings
  • Enter expenses into accounting software
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory and anticipation of team needs
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system
  • Self-drive and able to complete various levels of tasks with minimal supervision


  • 5-7 years of experience as proven Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent in MS Office knowledge – Word, Excel and Powerpoint; Google Business Suite – Docs, Sheets, Email, Calendaring; Quickbooks Online and Clio Matter Management are required
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars, scanners, copy machines)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Driven brand ambassador for the firm
