Mediation, or alternative dispute resolution (ADR), is a way of resolving legal conflicts without litigation. Litigation is not always the best option in a dispute, and it certainly isn’t the only option. Michelle Gessner is an NCDRC Certified mediator and has been in both the plaintiffs’ and defendants’ seats during mediations with experience mediating civil cases filed in North Carolina Superior Court and United States District Courts. With her substantial in-house career, she has developed great skills in influencing others and helping them to reach a resolution that satisfies the interests of all involved.
Michelle has helped her corporate clients resolve significant litigation and other disputes without the expense and time involved in typical proceedings. She has extensive expertise in evaluating when a form of ADR is in the best interest of clients, and she routinely advises clients on the legal consequences of the terms and conditions of all ADR options.
We offer comprehensive mediation services through Employment Law Mediators. Our NCDRC Certified mediators have extensive experience with civil cases filed in North Carolina Superior Court and United States District Courts and vast experience in all areas of employment law.
